NEW Nemesis STATION BUILDING! - Alton Towers

- Nemesis construction update September 2023 - BRAND NEW Rollercoaster track has been put in at Alton Towers, all the way up to the turn for the first drop after the lift hill, more theming work has taken place INCLUDING a brand new colour scheme for the station! Along with that the bus and entrance signage has scaffolding around it, and the queue is missing... will we see a refurbished extended queue line or will it never be extended up that way again?? Find out in this video!

2:32 The coloured markings usually have a different meaning: Red means electric wiring, blue is for water and yellow is for gas. A white marking means it's a proposed excavation site or route

@@Bethan_13swiftie Single rider queue is often good for the Smiler as it can have quite long queues (60 minutes+) or it's worth buying a fast past for it too! Enjoy.

I went today for my birthday with a friend! I didn't even notice the new station but it's starting to grow on me because before I was very iffy about the new track. I stayed until all the rides were closing and it was great just riding with a few people and even the ride operators haha. My friend also lives close by in Cheadle so we saw lots of friends of hers working at rides like Rita and even the aquarium. I love Alton towers so much and it's clear that Sunday is the best day to go! I went on 12 rides throughout the day and not one queue was longer than 40 mins.
i went to alton towers last week and went on the viewing platform for the first time. it’s incredible and i can’t wait to ride nemesis when it reopens!!
I was never fuzed about rollercoasters growing up but watching your videos as a adult really get me excited to see and ride all of them. Keep up the awesome videos buddy

Never thought that the station of nemesis would be gray. When I heard nemesis was having a retrack I had no idea that it would be black with red vains I was so surprised when I saw it something I thought would never happen and I loved the look of that bus and the ride going over it so sad that there's a chance that it gets removed or redone 😢

I went on Galactica last month and as we went up the lift hill there was a guy directly underneath us on the nemesis track with some sort of power tool and there were sparks flying everywhere - it was so weird 😂
Newer b&m coasters that have opened have had complaints about a rattle throughout the ride, this brings in the question, will nemesis have this rattle with it being new b&m track?? Another great video and as usual I hope you’re well Dan

I went last week nemesis looked amazing, can’t wait till it’s back it’s the best ride there imo, at least last time queues were all really short so I went on everything no kiddified at least once and even felt a bit sick at the end! Great day, but the £9 bratwurst thing I had was a huge rip and the misses wasn’t too pleased with her pulled pork thing either as it was cold

I think I may of actually cried a little when I saw the nemesis track for the first time in person😂 also when Robert got stuck in the test seat it reminded me of when Sam Costello got stuck in it 😂

I spoke to a ride op working on Spinball when it broke down while I was queueing a while ago and he said he "can't confirm anything for certain because he heard it through the grapevine, but the station building might have animatronic eyes and limbs when Nemesis reopens". He also confirmed that Nemesis will be called Nemesis Reborn when she reopens.
Also, not Nemesis related, but he said that Horizon might be a launched coaster.

Dan the next time you visit Liseberg you need to ride the new Rollercoaster, Luna. (Also the last time i was there there engines on the "lift hill" are smoking which I don't think is intentional)
