I dont know for shure, but I would guess that with a few days of practice it would be somewhat easy, because you just need to face backwards, and slide. The stab can be mistimed by a good bit and still hit them bc knife is SUPER buggy
the only thing that limits your knife mostly movement. after that is making sure to not miss the more difficult targets. something i dont see anyone mentioning is how if u do turn around before slidign and backstabing , in the window from where u start turning around to when u start sliding, they can do a quick slide to evade you and since they do it while you dont see them, they can completely lose/disorient you.
