A crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire the A-Team.

At the age of 53 when my Daughter says to me "Dad I've got a problem " my standard reply is always........"If you have a problem, If no one else can help and if you can find them. Maybe you can hire, The A-Team" 😂😂😂 she hasn't a clue my daughter bless her!! 🤣
Ah❗y llega George Peppard❓
And even if she could find them, she probably can't afford them. Mercs are not cheap.
And how old is she
😂
I replied to a young attorney who got a bigger office that she was movin' on up the East Side. It went over as you think it did.
Ahhh continuing the long standing A team tradition of no one dying ever.
If they wouldn't have done that, then this series could be watched over and over.
actually there were moments, when people died. The rarity of that gave those few moments even more meaning.
Things being blown up and never hitting the mark 😊😊😊
General Fulbright?
Incorrect there actually a few deaths some onscreen some implied.
Got to give it to Dwight Schultz on this one. When Murdock hears the shot, he flinches, and his eyes shift as if he's quickly assessing the potential outcomes. Well done.
To the nth degree.
@@kurtsnyder4752I see what you did there mr broccoli
@@KeithJackson-ux7eh " . . . Barclay!!"
At least this isn't one of his Hollow Pursuits or we may end up in a Realm of Fear.
@@joelellis7035 😂😂😂
The clip cuts out an exchange between Murdock and Freddie where Freddie expresses his doubts on whether he successfully made the switch on the bullets.
Whenever the rest of the team is in trouble, Murdock becomes very sane.
Think he ALWAYS fakes it.
in reality he is the MOST genius of them all
Murdock's primary role in the team is as a pilot. He claims that he can fly anything with wings, and this seems to be borne out by the show. He can also drive a semi,[2] a tank, and operate construction equipment (such as a crane[3] and tractor[4]) and a jet refueling truck.[5] Though he doesn't usually drive the team around, when it's necessary he can be very skilled at evading pursuit.[6] In addition to flying and driving, Murdock is capable of piloting a sailboat.[7] He knows how to ride a horse,[8] parachute,[9] and SCUBA dive[10] (in spite of B.A.'s claim that Murdock couldn't swim.[11]). He can pick a lock (though not as well as Face can).[12]
Murdock actually has extensive knowledge of various subjects and keeps up on current events, showing a genius-level aptitude. He can speak many different languages such as:
Chinese (Mandarin)
German
Japanese
Russian (not too well though)
Spanish
Vietnamese
He can communicate in Morse code.[13] He has photographic memory
He's always been sane from the beginning. He's just good at fooling people. His apparent weaknesses are his strengths.
@kurtsnyder4752 I think it's more that the insanity is a way of him dealing with some trauma, or just allows him to be himself. But when there is serious trouble, he sets that aside.
I love it when a plan comes together.
Their friendship lasts forever.
Until they try to get BA on a plane.
"What you talkin bout fool" "I ain't going before no firing squad"
* gives b.a. drugged milk *
One most terrifying episodes I thought it was end of a A-Team era but a new beginning for the A-Team.
Same here
well that new beginning wasnt as good as that before but it wasnt too bad thankfully
Right, i really liked when they started working for stockwell and bringing in the guy that posses as a preist. It was an interesting transition on a GREAT TV SHow.
@@RamblingRodeo sadly not that many liked that change, i once heard a friend compare that part of the show to when ashton took over from charlie in two and a half men
@@RamblingRodeo that’s Richie Santino join the A-Team.
This show and Knight Rider where my two favorite 80’s tv shows.
Same here
Don’t forget airwolf
Plus the occasional "Magnum P.I." to mix it up a little
V the mini series and Buck Rogers were great too.
and MacGyver
The early to mid-1980s gave us some superb TV shows and this one was by far my favourite.
To me the A Team was totally brilliant
They still are.
Dwight Schultz- 1 of the finest actors ever to enter Hollywood.
lol, I had to read it twice before I realized you said Shultz and not Schrute.
He was on Startrek TNG and Voyager, which made a great appearance multiple times.
I quite liked his Oppenheimer too, though apparently the critics didn't agree lol.
It was an interesting change, which i welcomed.@@throwback19841
@@seanwilks7712 Mr. Broccoli
OMG! I saw this when it aired, as a young person, and this has been the second time. When Murdock repeatedly says "B.A." when he sees him alive hits so different now that I'm old (...at least, physically old).
Doing 3 mph and still having screeching tyres 😂
Screeching tyres on gravel😂😂
@@Jscot1001 I'm well aware of the inconsistency of the English language.
Their, there, they're.
Cite, sight, site.
@@Jscot1001tyres is the correct spelling
In the UK it is spelled tyres while it is spelled tires in the U.S.
Both forms are considered correct.
... on sand!😂
They're all great actors. It's just that I liked Murdoch the best. He made the show worth watching.
hes great in star trek voyager too :)
Every time i drive past the airport I can't help but shout i aint getting on no plane fool. My kids don't have a clue why
That Murdoch kissing Baracus is the apex of bromance we always adore.
Squad goals.
And he returns it with a grin.
The ways the A-Team escaped danger, was always well thought out while filming these shows. Never a dull moment!
I love it when a plan comes together
What I most love about this show is the high quality acting.
Ive always said the plan that Murdock and Dishpan put together was sheer genius. What id given to see them have a full final season and a proper resolution..
My parents had this annoying habit of sending me to bed when I was in the middle of episodes like this. The main characters about to be killed off for real - “Go to bed!”
LOL Same here.
Yep, me to.
One night I snuck back downstairs and watched it from behind the curtain. I watched it until the end then my parents found me and I looked my mum in the eye and said "I love it when a plan comes together".
My parents laughed so hard that I didn't get in trouble. Now I know that they knew I was there all the time. 😂
@@johnmcdonald219 and you banged your nose on the door on your way back to bed....
Man you had an early bedtime. When I was a kid this was on at around 5pm on a Saturday evening. It was prime time TV. Either this or Airwolf, Knight Rider, The Fall Guy, Dukes of Hazzard or something similar.
@@nickmaclachlan5178 they were on later where I lived
The most outrageous thing about this scene is that they let the Priest smoke in an area with live ordonance...
What a crazy scene with Murdoch acting like a priest
"Forgive me, Father, because I'm about to sin!"
Yes it definitely did not make sense that he would knock a priest out! 😂
One of the best Murdock moments
The end of that prayer.. Go ahead and go take it easy?
This, along with Knight Rider, is probably the greatest TV show ever made. 70s Incredible Hulk was also good although despite it always ending up with Bruce Banner walking into the distant alone. Anyone remember Condorman, Manimal, Street Hawk? 80s werr just the best time to grow up.
_The Phoenix_ , _Tales of the Gold Monkey_ . Someone posted a video of 80's TV show intros, most of which I knew nothing of. I noted how incredibly creative the shows were.
The 80's were a Golden Age in entertainment. Movies, TV, music, video games (sort of). We took it for granted that it would never end; that it would get better.
If I’m not mistaken, condor man was a Disney movie.
Manimal with Simon McCorkindale came on Friday nights one hour before Knight Rider on channel 4.
Can you please jog my memory about Street Hawk?
@@abuadamin Yes, Condorman was a Disney movie but also a TV show. I can't seem to find anything about the TV show online but I do recall it as does my friend. Street Hawk was a TV show about a former police cop called Jesse and went round fighting crime with his super fast motorbike. It was a little like Knight Rider but instead of having a talking car, he had a super bike and a friend called Norman Tuttle who guided him. From my recollection it was only on for one season. I guess there were too many super vehicle shows out there at the time, Blue Thunder, Airwolf, Automan, Knight Rider being just some of them.
@@abuadamin I don't ever recall Knight Rider being on Channel 4. Manimal was a show on BBC 1. But I guess the rights of the shows could have been sold to other channels. But again, I don't ever recall those shows being on Channel 4 like you mention.
@@smileykot2834 I’m assuming BBC is in the UK or Canada. In New York where I grew up, it aired on NBC channel 4 on Friday nights.

What did Frankie say?
@@rowanaforrest9792 the first and second lines of Father Frankie's prayer sendoff I understood. After that I couldn't understand the line until the take it easy part.
They may have been on the run for some they didn’t do but they did good work to a lot of people and small businesses
Yes 👍🔥
The heroes we need.
Murdock, “then how do I move my hands away from my body?”😂
when they caught him I thought he was going to end up in the firing squad with them. he was with the team, and escaped along with them. I was a little surprised they didn't drag him there too.
@@rodscarbrough2337 He had the insanity defense.
Ah my childhood 😈...the afternoons I spent watching these guys cause trauma and chaos to dimestore badguys 😂♥️
Say what you want about season 5 but this 3 parter is some of the best episodes of the whole show imo. I personally love season 5, if you take out Frankie, he's no Amy.
I agree. I actually like the harder edge to season 5. Along with this 3 parter, I loved the embassy rescue and the hostages at the Italian resturant episodes.
@@TheLAGopher Family Reunion and Without Reservations.
@@rowanaforrest9792 The best episodes of season 5 and among my faves of the whole show, and both Face centric ❤
Agree, Dirk did an amazing job❤
BA made the show every young boy back then wanted to be just like him.
Hannibal's and BA's blindfolds grow big and then shrink in between shots LOL.
LT. Barclray sure is acting dfferently in this (some will get it lol)
So was Starbuck and Banacek. Not so sure about Clubber Lang.
I'm pretty sure it was a holo-deck simulation he made up.

The first clue this was a setup was one of the prisoners got to smoke a cigar as he was being executed 😂
Isn't that supposed to be forbidden?
@@hartantoanggoro Why? Worried about their health?
Kinda a tradition to allow the condemned a last smoke.
Glad you got the end. Murdock hugging the guys, especially BA, and BA actually hugging back, is the most touching scene in the whole series. I’m not a big fan of that final season but I am a big fan of this scene.
Face and B.A. switch blindfolds.
Wait did that happen in the episode I didn't notice
This is a great one,, cogelo con take it easy 😂😂😂😂😂
Hannibal standing there with a cigar in his mouth, I know they could grant you that, but still 🤣
Murdoch save the day again....😂
Anybody else see the fly on Frankie's face at :30?
this 5th season was an interesting concept but i thought it wasnt executed properly. wish theyd been done working for Stockwell and got to do what they did in another season

Blank rounds have crimped ends where the projectile would normally be.
We're supposed to believe that they somehow came up with blanks which look and feel exactly like live rounds. The whole plan hinges on it. It's not imposible, especially for a secret agency.
5:24 Hasta luego, bienvenidos, cogelo con take care easy!! 😂😂😂
Broccoli SAVES THE DAY :)
Why would they change the bullets in the gun ? It has been made very clear that in the A-team series not a single bullet can hit its target and always magicly hits the ground right next to it.
At Age 36 I was was watching the A TEAM and the characters were so many people like hannabial Smith
And Murdoch and Ba made think of. Those Americans sacrificeing there lives for freedom
The A Team is a great show with great characters like Ba Hannibal smith., Murdoch and face
Plus the ladies loved them in those days
Would it be possible if they could do a another season of the A Team
The legends live on.
Classic!!! When I was a kid !!! I really like this show!!! 🤘🤘🤘👍👍👍
Secretary of Hunt Stockwol is beautiful
I loved the modernized Latin prayer 😂
When I was in high school my classmates used to call me H.M. Murdock, don't know why, but i liked it.

I am looking forward to the sequel, The B-Team
I want to see the G.I. Joe animated spinoff, "The C-Team" with Mr. C.
Hannibal is always in Control ❤✝️
This was a very exciting episode
I wish they bring back the Mr. T cereal! It was so good! Taste exactly like Cap'n Crunch so I just get that instead! LOL!
Anyone know what kind of the boots they used in this episode they look nice
the army for more formal looks with bdu uniforms wear whats called jump boots . they could be those. they are just a fancier version of the more ultilitarian jungle boots they had for vietnam.
Pretty old captain serving in the army there.
the crasy man has lots of love
WHAT!?!?!?!? They didn't flip a jeep? Oh come on now!!
I vaguely remember seeing this part on a rerun as a kid. It gave me terrible anxiety because I wasn't sure if they were gonna pull off the fake or not.
I love it when a plan comes together.
Was my favorite show as a kid.
They should have Broccoli for their last meal. I mean Barclay.
After U.NC.L.E., Napoleon gets up to other pursuits.

This show was gloriously silly. My parents would never let me watch it. I had to get creative.
I grew up watching this show on reruns. My mom and I had a tradition of watching it every evening when it came on TV. I guess she figured it wasn't too violent for me, which I don't think it was.
