Anime is probably already the most inclusive kind of media. The difference is that when a character is LGBT in anime, their personality doesn't revolve around this single fact
They want them to be like the Western ones, obnoxious as hell with everything about them being 100% about their sexuality all the time and their only personality trait.

Many people watch anime *because* it's Japanese. It's nice to see inside another land's culture, ideals, and traditions. Yet, the UN is threatening to take its authenticity away. Also, Japan has more inclusive content, and has done so for a longer time than the West. You have futa, yaoi/yuri, effeminate men, masculine women, powerful women, and more. I find the UN telling Japan to be more inclusive with their anime laughable because Japan been writing stories about gay characters even better than the west could have

Everything left open-ended is not to be used to finish the puzzle but cut into pieces to make whole new narratives with only a passing resemblance to what was genuine. If they successfully take over, then that bastardized fiction becomes the new gospel.

Sounds pretentious, but the thing is those that watch it, enjoy it, and don't think on it are enjoying it more "purely" than a lot of others. Then there are genuine fans that appreciate it as a product of another culture and try to view it through that lense, maybe to gain understanding or maybe just for fun.
And then there are tourists/invaders. The only thing they care for is an aesthetic, they dont care how and why it came about. Everything left open-ended is not to be used to finish the puzzle but cut into pieces to make whole new narratives with only a passing resemblance to what was genuine.
If they successfully take over, then that bastardized fiction becomes the new gospel.

In 1984 Japan gave us an anime about transgender and UN have the guts to speak about inclusivity
@@marc0lin00 I wouldn't call Ranma an "inclusive" attitude or representation of real people in any way, and I say this as a person who dislikes all the bullcrap. If anything, Ranma is really pretty disrespectful about it.
@txquartz you should Watch It, it is actually very respectfull and all the anime revolve around his internal battle because at one point in the anime, he doesn't know anymore if his a boy or a girl.
I am really sorry you are speaking about stuff you don't know
“At risk group” what a fucking joke. If only the UN cared this much about solving actual problems.
They want African anime they make it them selves, thry are free to make what they want and they know their audience UN doesn't.
I'd love to see other countries adopt this animation style and make their own good stories.
@@mirceazaharia2094 No thanks, anime and manga art style are Japanese things and should stay Japanese as much as possible, other countries should come up with their own style period.
@@AJ-po6up Nah, style isnt limited to one country
@zamany7596 Yeah that's true, it isn't.
But it shouldn't be globalized into thinking that now this continent is better at writing animes than Japan. Otherwise it's nothing more than dedication.
I wouldn't say exact same style, but style inspired by it would be decent looking I'd imagine
Korean Manhwa already cemented their own artstyle which is similar yet distinct from Japanese Manga, other countries should be able to find their own styles as well
I'm gonna assume that these people are unaware of Fullmetal Alchemist.
And who wrote it.
4 strong women, another woman who is an engineer and kind of strong, and also written by a strong woman from Hokkaido
I am kinda glad that Toriyama-san got spared from witnessing this madness...
"Why are you treating thse minorities like they aren't the most important people in the world!?" - UN, probably
Its all French nonsense being artificially injected into other languages.
this is not even about this
why they're not talking about how those minorities + women being treated in the middle east and Africa?
how about sending delegates to Iran with demand on adding at least some rights to those groups
@@givikap120Because it's easier to demand more accommodating cultures to change things like entertainment than it is to actually giving human rights to people
@@givikap120 Keep in mind, they dont care about any of this stuff they are saying, so rebutting with things like go to saudi arabia or Iran is a waste of energy, reasoning or using logic like they're are speaking in good faith is a mistake people make they do no speak in good faith. Do not reason or negotiate with them if you do it gives them legitimacy and power. They are globalist/neo-marxist agents.

They literally invented people having blue and green hair. Some people are just never satisfied.

Anime and Manga are the most diverse media out there. It's crazy people have an issue with this industry. Most anime and manga are literally about doing the morally right thing and how friendship and family is important.
Why is the un even complaining about this there's other things more important than that
I hearby declare, Japan should stop supplying Anime to the western market
Well I don’t think they should stop supplying us with anime because we’ll just start pirating it like we did in the old days, I think they should make their own streaming services that are not dependent on westerns.
@@nokh3382 pirating is bigger then ever
@@nokh3382 Going back to pirating so anime is not officially in the west would only be a good thing
Only american market, we did nothing wrong in France, we love Japan for the fact that they are japanese.

That might not help, considering Sony is trying to buy Kadokawa (meaning they'd be able to exert influence at the "source", instead of just on the localized products).
I once saw a dog, 1 black guy and 1 white guy fighting a black cripple and queer gambling brother in anime. Couldn’t be more inclusive if you ask me 🤷🏼♂️. (You are my friend if you know the reference)
How about the UN stops child trafficking first.
Ah ofc its always the UN
It's usually the WEF tbh.

At this point disband the U.N.
It's like saying you need to add a white, british character in an Indian movie located, produced and watched in India alone
Reminds me of the “blitz” movie
Black main characters in 1940’s London, for reference Britains black population in 1951 was 0.01%
