Lovely! I want to try this but ink up & leave the 2nd & 3rd seaweeds loose from the glued rectangle- I think it would add a swaying look. This die has just made it to my wish list!
Hi. I love this card. It’s so adorable! I have a question for you. I notice that you often shade the top of things you colour. Other artists shade the bottom and side away from the light. I was just wondering if there’s a reason why you shade the way you do. I noticed the shark has shading at the top but your background shows light streaming into your scene from the top. ??
Hi Nichol, you are amazing! These cards are so delightful! You have perfected the ideal technique to using these Lawn Fawn stamps! I am inspired to try them. I especially like your coloring skills with Copic markers. Of course we who do not have Copics can do something similar with our alcohol markers. Nonetheless, it is absolutely beautiful. I don't pay a ton of attention to the light source. It's not a strength and something I need to work on.
