The shoe/cleats tend to get loose and expand on width. If you're getting half a size bigger than it'll be good so you'll have some space so your foot wont feel thight. I usually go to true to size but sometimes I get half a size bigger. At he end of the day its up too and your comfort
What i also do before buying cleats is go to a soccer shoe store (best buy soccer, soccer shop etc.) , get some similar shoes and try them on to see how that size fits and feels
