This has made me cry as a single mom from day somehow I felt the feeling would have been different on that day when I first held my bby if his dad was around but it was mixed feelings of joy and sadness. My Lord! Preach!! I don’t know who that was talking at the end (12:21) with your Dad about how things change once you have a child; but she was SO on point!!! I had my first and only son in 2017 and when she said the connection is real! She was not kidding! I’m sooo glad I finished my masters and schooling before having my son because as she said, “Nothing else matters; it’s a connection and love you can’t explain nor put into words!
