This is crazy. I was giving advice to my friend about this EXACT topic and how different businesses compare to each other in terms of funding/cashflow/exit strategies etc etc. Man. It actually feels good to have my ideas validated by someone who has walked the walk.
The first $10k/month profit is the hardest but once I had that packed down, it's easy as turning on/off a light switch. The next goal is $50k profit per month by 2020. What you said is 100% true about cash flow.

i think he transformed from all these marketing gurus trying to sell courses just to make money and is trying to actually make a massive multi million dollar company instead of just trying to make a quick buck. And he is also providing value to his audience to build up a bigger following, but its become less of just trying to get easy sales out of us. And yes i believe he is following sam ovens closely. Very similar business model and teaching methods. His videos aren't as rich as oven's though, but still valuable.

Great analysis/breakdown - the challenges from switching from one level to the next is something I've faced and important for any entrepreneur to understand. That switch from 0-10K mentality to 10K-50K mentality (let others do the work for you) is a big step probably harder than going from 10K-50K to 50K (where you go to the CEO model).

Wow! I didn't thought about what is the overall outlook of my business. I'm building my business by model 2, but I do everything by myself. So my focus is split in trillions directions, always in lack of resources and just overall I'm spinning my wheels without much results. Now I see the problem. this is freaking powerful. I wish i know this earlier... it beats all youtube videos out there where there's most 'guru' were just talking about theory without field experience.
thanks Alex, going through the first phase now and employed the first person to take me out of the system and allowing me to create more sales and revenue.. its hard going through this as out of a sudden you making less money and the first wave of euphoria is gone having some cash in the pockets.. but its of course the most necessary part.. also looking at other business owners starting in phase one, they are acting more like experts instead of someone who wants to build a bigger "automated" company.. another thing is the quality drop of certain things you have done yourself, even small things of how emails have to be written, branding guidelines when its done by people who do not care as much as you do BUT again HUGE learning curve as an entrepreneur and in my opinion a must: letting go and create systems! great video and 100% the truth.. at the moment making 5,5k$ a month but 1,6 is going for my first team member, 1,3 is going for rent (living in dubai, super expensive) and rest is going for basic things like food and transportation.. but i know how to scale my business model and i accept the fact that i must go through these steps to eventually take off in the next 2-3 years and allow me to create other businesses or scale the current one to a level where I am satisfied.. KEEP GOING GUYS! and AGAIN THANK YOU!!

awesome video but im an exception, i have detected a blue ocean in a platform where i have many years selling, im an experienced java developer, so im developing a solution solve a problem for me and that solution will also other help people to sell much more in their niche, this leads me to be building software for 0-10k a month, then ill follow your steps and scale it up, thanks for this vid.

Great video Alex. I gotta say I skipped step one because I don't like doing client work. I created a passive income stream to support me as I am building my lvl 2 company right now, and that works absolutely fine for me. They way I could skep step one is that I was an employee of a marketing agency for a long time and was building my passive income stream on the side. I do get your point tho, if I wanted to I could make 10k/m easily if I would just focus on me.
