Mist always seems like such a humble guy. Doesnt let the limelight get to his head, much respect.
eh? Believe me he does
Humble? 😂😂😂😂 perception is crazy
@@doyadirty3804yeah because listen to the way he talks not bold, in your face. Calm, to the point. Humble…

NGL this is one of the best most genuine interviews I've seen. Mist is bare grounded and expresses himself so well. What a painful and traumatic journey hes had...❤❤
‘Who am I?’ Is such a simple question, but clearly very thought provoking.
Brilliant interview with a genuinely interesting guy that’s certainly moving in the right direction. 🙏
“Game changer”
The ones that go through the most pain flourish the most
Hopefully thats true
@@stainerz16 pain and and suffering is the best teacher whatever you going through will get better
Love mist! Actual legend! His mum and dad would be proud!
i never knew he had such a hard upbringing, I'm glad he made it out of that part of his life and wish him all the best for him and his family, seems like a real genuine guy!
Really enjoy these videos , Mist really soaked up the atmosphere and delivered his life story in a mature and interesting manner , One love Mist ❤
I still remember being 16 hearing mists freestyle, “Mum gone Dad gone, Mad Ting Sad… and I was hooked! Absolute killer MC
Bro got hooked off one of the simplest bars, mad ting sad
Mist is real, love this guy. The album is a classic
I can’t stand crime music but Mist has some layers to his character which a lot of us can relate to… he’s an intelligent man, he’s been through it to say the least… losing your mum and dad within a few months and having to think about being a dad at the same time, that much pressure can break a man. Really enjoyed this.
It’s real rap not “crime music”
@@n4ht4n80no, it’s only released to launder money from criminal activities.
@@n4ht4n80It’s crime music, the artist have criminal convictions, the lyrics glorifies crime, idolises gang violence and the culture tolerates gangster mentality and embraces failure rather than promote excellence. It is grotesque to expose any young mind to crime music that glorifies self hate and the killing of black youths.
Crime music 😂
We need bugzy on this! 🔥
He would only be able to talk about the things his been charged for or it's just self snitching
1000000000000%%
In 15 year maybe when he’s not gonna get bagged for what he says
6 hour video that
Facts! Get him on
been a fan for time, mad respect to what you've been through brother
Wow, as soon as he started to describe his dad I realised who he was. I had no idea that he is Steve Sylvester’s son. We knew his dad well. His dad was an immense talent on the guitar, his uncle is Soca Master, like literally the whole family are very talented musicians! I never forget how shocked we all were at his dad’s passing, it was so sudden but he died doing what he loved and was brilliant at. I remember attending his Dad’s funeral in 2011, beautiful send off. Music is definitely in this young man’s veins coming from that family pedigree!
Respect levels risen after this heartfelt and deep keep winning 🙏🏽
Grew up listening to mist mad respect for being open man, I'm a brummie too and I relate. Trying to find myself in this city wasn't easy looking outward, trying new things, travelling and learning saved my life. I'm off drugs, reject crime and keep studying, even after losing my mother and getting injured bad working shite jobs (with little to no help from the gov fck them), I found happiness, drive and purpose in life. If your struggling now keep going, keep trying it will pay off in time just remember nothing happens over night.
Never gave up, determination, the younger generation isn't built the same unfortunately. Real respect takes time to earn and you must be willing to give it to receive it. Big up mist been a fan from the start 👏
massive respect, been through loads and came out on top and a good person it seems. M I S to the FKING T
This dude is the peoples' champ. I hope he blows up in the US and across the globe. I appreciate and respect this man even more now.

Great interview. He really didn't hold back or sugar coat anything. He has just gained a new fan
His been dragged through the mud and came out clean on the other side your parents Definitely will be proud it takes a strong character person 💯
Yes bro knowing you on a personal level this is good to see keep doing greatness and continue to motivate others including myself. #weallknowwhoyouare
Powerful! The who am I question! Amazing… Great interview! Thanks for sharing…
Awwww that's lovely just some one that listened no matter what xxx😊
That's an awful series of misfortune for a young man to deal with. I can't believe the bank repossessed his house after losing both parents and having a young child. Well I can believe it, they certainly screwed me over, but its just so wrong. So glad to hear this man's story, and that he can say who he is now. Just hope he doesn't have more vacations interrupted by gunmen, that's terrifying. (I'm a US expat and living under the constant threat of gun violence was really miserable.)
Definitely a targeted attack, someone in the know. Turn your pain into something positive, I can't remember the exact line he said, is profound. A lot of people could benefit from that comment alone, myself included. Respect to this guy for turning a negative situation into a positive one. TBH never heard of him, but I like his thinking. Could help a lot of kids find the right path. Best of luck to you, Mist.
actually an incredible and evocative interview, you truly don't understand what people have been through to get where they are. It's inspiring and informative, shoutout Mist, one day ii'll see you bro 👊💯
This was an incredible and insightful interview. God bless you Mist, wishing you all the best with your career and future, Wow
Who are you!? Is probably the hardest question for anyone to answer but once you come to the point of answering it.. life becomes much easier and it’s a big accomplishment

As an old school rap music head nothing brings me more joy then seeing how the UK scene has evolved. For me it is the best.

Snoop Dogg said in one of his interviews “some of the greatest things are written through pain”. And MIST is just one example

Great interview 💯
Karlas back wid a bang
and now we see how In his music he tells a story, such as in p110 (in the car w shadow, not his famous one, his first ever p110) he talks about how he was caught in a bush, whereas in the song he states “Helicopter caught me in the Garden, I was pissed fam”
This man right here is the a true storyteller, big up brum
Karlas back
Shame about both his mum and dad as I liked the fact his dad played electric guitar,CURBY A BLAST FROM THE PAST

A close 3rd was "Heads & Volleys" on the local carpark LOL!!
Who you are Pal is that you lost both your folks at a really shitty early age (It doesn't matter what age you are) Though this has sculpted who you are now!!!! Carry on Being who you are lad (Though Do Not Live within hate or peril).....and the rest will always be on your path!!!!
Fa singles/doubles
Heads and Volleys was the one. And Wembley too, one keeper with everyman for themselves, one goal to go through, last one left was out until only 2 were left for the final.

My daughter who was 12 at the time went on a school trip to the Cadbury factory think it's Birmingham anyway on the way their her and her mates thought it would be good to sneak away from teachers well they started getting bullied and she says about to get robbed but this guy and his crew were driving past,, reverse and get out give the lads a taste of humble ness saying you think your big Man scaring young girls he made sure they got back to the school outing didn't grass on them and gave them his security number and took Lexis so at t time she showed. Pics and as she was telling me this im like ye ye whatever (in my head) well shit who face times her and asked to speak to her dad he was such a real g ai wont say what we spoke about but lexi listened ti what he said to her as from that day she changed her attitude so big respect to this man amd never judge alk these bros who look and talk like roadmen most are polite and intelligent AF and i know as i was like most of these youngers we from stalybridge Manchester just wanted to share her story to whoever reads it respect MIST!!!!!
