I've been looking for courses at my local colleges to learn about running non-profits without success.
What is this certification you mentioned? Where do you find these offered from?
I'm interested in obtaining some type of degree, beyond becoming certified. what type of degree would I look into?
The CFRE is a fundraising certificate, there's also nonprofit management certificates out there!

in Pakistan most of the local NGOs fails to attract funds from the individuals. Individual funding goes to faith based or charity organizations. What is the pattern of individual funding in USA ?
That's interesting! In the USA individuals donate to a wide variety of causes. Faith based is definitely a prominent one.

I am not sure what you mean. It is possible you might find some religious donors interested in your cause if your cause is faith-based.
