When we remodeled our rental house 1960’s to downsize from our house we custom built in 1991 and raised our children in, my carpenter of 43 years husband ran into all sorts of problems from the “carpenter” who built it. Involving squares and levels. Thank goodness for the polymers of today.

Good morning from Alabama. So enjoyed watching this I think I’ve been watching since 2018. When my husband passed, my 2 sons ask me what I want to do with our farm and I told them that i wanted to keep it and take good care of it and make my husband proud of me and them. Lord i hope whoever gets Deepsouthhomestead keeps it like it is. All the older generation around our community are passing and they're kids are selling the farms to house developers. It's terrible. They don't realize what they really have except for the money they can get. I see it and it brakes my heart and they have farm priced so high a regular person like me that would LOVE it as a farm can't afford it. GOD BLESS your dream. You can see GOD in what your doing.

Same thing for me Wanda, when I saw this home online, I knew in my heart, it was mine, when I called the realtor, she told me it was sold, it ate at my heart, two months later, I saw it for sale again, I called, that buyer fell through, I put a offer on it, site unseen because I was 5 hrs away. They took the offer and we've now live here and I absolutely love it! It's like I was drawn here by God❤

Wandas confirmation in visual image from God is encouraging to me as my husband and I prepare to make this transition. We have yalked about what we want when yhe time comes. But we arent ready to move. We dont even have a property in mind. All we have is an area we want to go. The plan is to be closer to our adult children so they can care for us as we age. We are 62 and 67. Two children live about 20 minutes apart. So this gives us a good idea of where to look when the time comes. God opened the door on this home and 8 acres when we moved here. Therefore I know He can and will do it again. Thank you for the encouragement and ways to focus my prayers toward yhe "right" property.
It's so hard to get the truth of what is going on. I understand it's their way or the highway. I Love Pecan Grove!!! I’ve been with y’all pretty much from the start of DSH on TH-cam. Have always enjoyed watching, listening, and learning. I’m so excited for Wanda about “Her” house. What an act of Love to give your wife. Don’t forget to write scriptures on the studs. That shop is a man’s dream! Can’t wait to see the fine workmanship after Danny puts his sweat into it. I agree about keeping your location and house private. When things go south people don’t play pretty. We are about to work on infrastructure for cows next so I will be listening to anything y’all share regarding the husbandry. We are doing Dexters also. One more thing. I always wanted pecan trees too. We didn’t have any. Two years ago I discovered a young volunteer pecan orchard on our back 10 acres. Hi, I hope you get to read this email. The point you are making is,:as we age there comes a time when we must turn over a new leaf. I am 75 now, me and my husband had built a very nice log home in a pristine valley in Western Wyoming, I was in love with the place we had a very self sufficient mini-farm. I thought I could live and die here; But as I got older the snows got deeper in winter as well as the ice. I grew to want to escape that place, and one day I told my husband I was getting out of that place and moving back to Arkansas and he could come with me or he could stay there either way. So here we are in mid-western Arkansas on another mimi-farm that has provided all of our food/honey/milk/meat etc. I am home here and here I will die. Point - You must do what you must do whether others think it is the right thing to do. Build your Dreams and be happy with your choices. Jessie from Arkansas

Wanda you are so blessed to have a husband who is not selfish in regards to he wants to fulfill your wishes with building your home. He is so respectful of you and protective of you. It is a joy to see that there really are Godly men out there who are like that. Y'all got married the same year I filed for divorce and God gave me a vision of my future home. So it's really validating to hear you talk about your vision and how you waited for it to show up. It's partly why I have watched you all these years. It parallels the things God was saying to me and the direction He is showing me to go and has been such an encouragement. I'm really glad for both of you that you will keep things private. I am glad you found a place with the land you need, when I thought about it and your ages plus things that are happening in the world you need to be closer to family (I am not calling you old I am almost 70.) Our weather can be brutal sometimes in the winter, and our growing conditions so it would be a little adjusting. God gave you the perfect place at the time he thought you were ready.

Same thing for me Wanda, when I saw this home online, I knew in my heart, it was mine, when I called the realtor, she told me it was sold, it ate at my heart, two months later, I saw it for sale again, I called, that buyer fell through, I put a offer on it, site unseen because I was 5 hrs away. They took the offer and we've now live here and I absolutely love it! It's like I was drawn here by God❤
Danny and Wanda have been so generous with their time and with their lives. I have learned so much and have enjoyed everything they’ve taught. I’m so grateful for their generosity. I am also a huge advocate for privacy. When someone subscribes to a channel it does not permit that person to every aspect of a creator’s private life. Wandas confirmation in visual image from God is encouraging to me as my husband and I prepare to make this transition. We have yalked about what we want when yhe time comes. But we arent ready to move. We dont even have a property in mind. All we have is an area we want to go. The plan is to be closer to our adult children so they can care for us as we age. We are 62 and 67. Two children live about 20 minutes apart. So this gives us a good idea of where to look when the time comes. God opened the door on this home and 8 acres when we moved here. Therefore I know He can and will do it again. Thank you for the encouragement and ways to focus my prayers toward yhe "right" property.

I Love Pecan Grove!!! I’ve been with y’all pretty much from the start of DSH on TH-cam. Have always enjoyed watching, listening, and learning. I’m so excited for Wanda about “Her” house. What an act of Love to give your wife. Don’t forget to write scriptures on the studs. That shop is a man’s dream! Can’t wait to see the fine workmanship after Danny puts his sweat into it. I agree about keeping your location and house private. When things go south people don’t play pretty. We are about to work on infrastructure for cows next so I will be listening to anything y’all share regarding the husbandry. We are doing Dexters also. One more thing. I always wanted pecan trees too. We didn’t have any. Two years ago I discovered a young volunteer pecan orchard on our back 10 acres. I thanked the Lord for sending the squirrels through and planting them. Ain’t God Good! 👩🏻🌾

Hi, I hope you get to read this email. The point you are making is,:as we age there comes a time when we must turn over a new leaf. I am 75 now, me and my husband had built a very nice log home in a pristine valley in Western Wyoming, I was in love with the place we had a very self sufficient mini-farm. I thought I could live and die here; But as I got older the snows got deeper in winter as well as the ice. I grew to want to escape that place, and one day I told my husband I was getting out of that place and moving back to Arkansas and he could come with me or he could stay there either way. So here we are in mid-western Arkansas on another mimi-farm that has provided all of our food/honey/milk/meat etc. I am home here and here I will die. Point - You must do what you must do whether others think it is the right thing to do. Build your Dreams and be happy with your choices. Jessie from Arkansas

Wanda you are so blessed to have a husband who is not selfish in regards to he wants to fulfill your wishes with building your home. He is so respectful of you and protective of you. It is a joy to see that there really are Godly men out there who are like that. Y'all got married the same year I filed for divorce and God gave me a vision of my future home. So it's really validating to hear you talk about your vision and how you waited for it to show up. It's partly why I have watched you all these years. It parallels the things God was saying to me and the direction He is showing me to go and has been such an encouragement. I'm really glad for both of you that you will keep things private. There's no reason for you to have to show the details of your life. When people ask to see that you have to wonder why? Why are they asking for that?

I am glad you found a place with the land you need, when I thought about it and your ages plus things that are happening in the world you need to be closer to family (I am not calling you old I am almost 70.) Our weather can be brutal sometimes in the winter, and our growing conditions so it would be a little adjusting. God gave you the perfect place at the time he thought you were ready.
