What happens in the event of a crash ?i assume this could happen from time to time? I operate a 5 color roland offset press (paper and board )which is equipped with all the usual safety trips etc from feeder to deliverywith this being aluminium id think a miss fed sheet would be capable of doing a lot of damage,ie blankets, impression cylinders, grippers ,if anyone out there operates a similar press im curious to know how this is overcome? Cheers 👍
yah many troubles sometimes happens and suddenly stops, there is a button where it manually turns the cylinders so the metal sheets trapped inside will be taken out, one by one. Then if it is all cleared, just continue the printing again.
Im running kba metal star 3. Mostly scrolled aluminum sheets. This machine is very good.
Yah indeed sir 😊
