I like how sonic goes through every rainbow ring and everyone he does, he says"ok" and when he gets an item he says "yes" with what feels like no expression.
I'm finally giving this game a chance after all those years. Yeah, it surelly deserves it's reputation, but I'm doing my best to enjoy it. Got stuck in this level for a while, but your video helped me go through it. Thanks for sharing!

If Sonic was faster, and the physics used genuine momentum, this game would have been so sick, I love the level design and I love how there are lots of routes to the goal ring.
The high speed auto running section drove me nuts the first time I played this but they're really not that hard once you know how to control Sonic in them.

despite it's game, Radical Train has always been one of if not my favourite Sonic levels ever! the high stakes, the jammin music, the layout with you running alongside trains and on conveyor belts has always resonated with me and i love it to bits

its not a glitchy mess thats why. the only glitches people find now are coming from speedrunners and a good chunk of glitches fromthe original release arent in the platnum hits release. the only glitches that are common are scripted sequence glitches or sticking to walls with knuckles and rouge

It plays like a slower version of Sonic Adventure. If you don’t try looking for glitches and play it normally, you’re fine. Luckily, there is a remake that plays better than the original.

Fun fact: the "Help! Sonic, help!" line isn't said by Elise. It's from one of the NPC's for some reason.
