Ans1: To remove hot gas in case condneser is not working properly and all gas is not fully Cooled. Ans2: Load on compressor will increase and it will lead to damage.

In 2 way valve case, supply of chilled water will stop to cooling coil and through vfd pump speed will goes to down but for example during 100%load 100 gpm suppling to ahu cooling coil but during achieved temp. 2 way valve will be closed then in line to be pressurized at that movement vfd start to work but 100 gpm water where will go? Can all 100 gpm will go to chiller or some amount will be by passed through decoupler?
yes ....after achieved temperature 2 way valve will be closed and then VFD frequency will be down according to required....👉 dcupler will be open when over pressure in inlet line ....its set pressure on dcupler 👍
