I just got my 46 & 22 needles Addi at Christmas. I'm anxious to learn to make these animals and dolls for my great grandchildren. Thanks for your easy to understand videos.
So happy you found it now! I love figuring out ways to make cute stuff as easy as possible! Thank you for watching- I hope you’ll share this video with your friends!
I did make some of these. They are so cute! A friend of mine lost his mother last month. I sent him a Happy Mail with one of these knitted cats! He loves it sooo much!
Awesome video, Stephanie! I know you were concerned that it was difficult to see your stitching of the seams with the black yarn, but your lighting was so good, that it was actually easy to see what you were doing! I've been wanting to make some gnome dolls with the sentro/addi machines, so if you ever feel like doing a video of how to do that, I'd love to see it!
Oh Gnome dolls would be so much fun! Thank you for letting me know that the lighting was good enough for the black stitches to show up. I really appreciate the feed back! Please share the video with your friends if you have a way to do that.😊
I’m happy you have found it now! I hope you enjoy this easier process I know I really have fun coming up with new little beings by modifying this pattern
lol- because I wanted a black cat? Actually it was because I was working out the design and I recorded it. Then I felt like the video was good so I shared it. I’ll be making more dolls using different colors so it will be easier to see all the stitches. Thank you for watching and your comment!
These are so cute! I'm working on right now. Do I need to do something to make sure the stuffing won't come down out of the pants? It doesn't look like you stuffed the leg are or sewed up at the bottom. Just making sure I didn't forget to do something. Thanks! I can't wait to get this finished for my grandson.
Yea!! So happy you are making your own! I didn’t stuff the legs- if I were to I would stitch the legs closed. Have fun!! Thank you for watching and your quest! I bet others wondered the same thing.
I love this thank you so much for sharing. I've done 2 in wool black n white just need heads N a fluffy one looks like my white cat. Odd colour eyes and the heads in the middle with front paws crossed. Now I'm in need of a tail. Struggling with sizes... Have you got a pattern for a nice tail pls. And can I share her... Oh when I did the 2nd rows of 25 I used pink fluffy type eye lash for 5 rows to do a collar.. She didn't need much stuffing...
I love hearing that you are having success with the pattern! I haven’t done many tails. I think I’d do a panel of 10 stitches wide by 15 - 20 rows to start draw string the ends and roll the side to make a tube. Let me know if that helps!
Yes you can! I’ll share a video soon - you can experiment with doing double the number of rows for the body and head. It will take a lot more of the stuffing. 😀

Lovely but why didn't you make it in white for clarity.

@@fl0j0e1965 that sounds excellent! Glad it all worked out!! Thank you for letting me know.
Hi did you tight up also the feet part or do the legs stay open like trousers? Thank you
I left the leg and arm ends open- you can easily close them or make small balls to use for hands/paws or feet.
Thank a for watching-
Can you make clothes for these cute little dolls?
What a great idea!! Thank you for the suggestion!!
Would I be able to make these on a 48 Santro?
Yes you can! I’ll share a video soon - you can experiment with doing double the number of rows for the body and head. It will take a lot more of the stuffing. 😀
Hi how many rows are the long body pieces please
The body tubes are 60 rows long.
I have put all the instructions in the description below the video- thank you for watching!!
Why did you change machines? Are they both 22?
