Great Cutscenes. shame the characters only speak in the speech bubble moments. still. if there are similarities, it's that Luna the Coco to Niko's Crash, usually being the more intelligent. and given Luna and Niko's relationship, I'd say they're siblings
Niko and Luna, to me, looked more like cat species than mongoose but after looking at them more, they didn't have feline features, still amazing characters😊. The game reminds me of crash bandicoot for some odd reason, maybe cause of gameplay😅
The protagonists in the game Nikoderiko have slight similarities to the protagonists in the game series Crash Bandicoot. This is something I notice. But the game Nikoderiko is still an original creative computer game creation that I really like. This is a wonderful video about this game. I totally prefer these games. The content is phenomenal. Therefore I enjoy watching this video.
Ok, time to address the elephant in the room...... this is a Donkey Kong County ripoff. Let's count the ways, feel free to add to the list: 1) Main Villain is an overweight reptile 2) Minions are also reptiles 3) Collecting golden objects and getting shot out of cannons 4) Collect gold letters that spell out a four-letter name (aka NIKO instead of KONG) 5) Entire game is jungle themed 6) Enemy ship shaped like the main villain's face I'm sure there's more, but I'm done typing lol
@panpiper6719 - Outright calling this game a total ripoff is blatantly disrespectful. Besides the game's composer is David Wise; the same Wise behind the DKC games.
@@djpyroteknikz135 And yet you did not dispute a single one of my observations. It is not disrespectful to state the truth. You say they even got the same man to do the music for this ripoff? We'll call that point 7), thank you.

There is a world of difference between "inspired" and "rip-off" in the world of story writing/game design. If this wasn't a rip-off, I wouldn't have so many word-for-word similarities to point out. I have a few more too: 8) The gameplay is in two dimensions, just like Donkey Kong Country 9) Defeated enemies simply fly offscreen to one side like they bounced off a trampoline, just like Donkey Kong Country
They should really make a tv series out of this game

It said on their Facebook page that Niko and Luna are best friends.
But I also thought they were siblings too.
I actually don't mind the "not speaking during cutscenes" thing. The animation's still expressive and gets the point across without words.
I really want them to be a couple!
@@rainbowhawk911 All the more reason for there to be a sequel; but with the same villain, Grimbald?
@@baalfgames5318 and we didn't actually hear Baron Grimbald himself speak in the game, like in the trailers
i really LOVE that game!,
and its two main-characters!!!🤩

Are the Main characters siblings or a couple?
I ask the same.
@MrGabov-gf2fw - Neither; they're
just friends. Although, I was honestly
hoping for them to be siblings. =)
@@djpyroteknikz135 I see. Nothing's wrong with a crush on Luna then. X3
@@VideoMatoran - IKR?!?
Luna's a beautiful mongoose.
😻😻😻
I would play this game, but the character designs throw me off. They look as if they were designed by a furry.
