I have to say Yes my friend .. it's good to have different cultures in world and I agree that having just one culture would be so boring and deadly dull .. but lady ... it's not part of our culture to sit and not dance .. it's a bad rule.. a governmental rule and it's force to obey .. you know? People want to dance and move and shake like other people in the world but our government don't like .. so this is not interesting in my idea .. People are not allowed to be themselves.. this is not our culture..this is a force ..
Getting a permit for a concert in Iran is not anything "normal" compared to normal countries such as Spain. The process can take many months and there are very strict conditions placed on the event. Often these permits are not granted at all. These conditions are not cultural but religious (Islamic). Amongst many conditions is that women and men should not mingle, touch each other or that women should wear the hijab at all times and observe "Islamic values" such as not getting up or dancing. I assure you that those attending these concerts will also (like you in Spain) love to get up and dance to the music and have fun but they are not allowed by the Islamic regime. SITTING AND LISTENING TO MUSIC IS NOT PART OF IRANIAN CULTURE. People are forced to do it by the medieval regime governing them Islam is a repressive religion and it treats women as inferior beings. Don't believe if someone tells you otherwise.
The presence of seats in concert halls is not to prevent people from dancing.their Only for the convenience of the spectator. People go to concerts for someone else to sing and dance for them Otherwise they would stay at home and have a party themselves. Most of them are educated young people. It is not right to say that I am singing. So everyone stand up for me and encourage me.The right thing to do is to tell you to sit down and I will run a program for you to entertain. It means respecting that these people deserve this respect.
