I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤ I have suffered depression and anxiety for over 20 year's been on so many different meds.i recently was told by a friend to try amsr video's and I came across you.well all I can say is your soothing gentle voice your keyboard tapping and just the layout of your video's have helped me more then any medication. I had the 1st full night's sleep in many year's a few week's ago thanks to you 😊so again thank you and God bless you I hope to hear many more 🙂💖

I honestly belive asmr expecially from you should be something anyone who suffers with any type of mentel illness should made aware to people by professionals as I do belive it would help so many people ❤😊thank you again and God bless you xx
