Back from our trip and settling in to life at home again. Although it was just a week that we were gone, with kids it feels like more of an adjustment coming home. Also the weather being ice cold is one adjustment that I don't love coming from the beach.
I've been on my grind to keep my health status at 100 at the ripe age of 44. Been hitting the gym and also doing Muay Thai (give me a few months to get good at it!) which I'm loving. I feel mobility at this age is equally as importnat as strength and this really allows my hips to get some great movement. Also so tough mentally each session which i'm loving. So many movements and things to think about.
Hannah is trying out new beauty technics and well, we're just having the best time with these kids while pushing through life.
