EDIT: In fact you don't even need a red skull, you can just take another guild/party member and let him put a fire field on red mode. Once the third player runs over it you heal him through the door and you have the same effect as with a red skull.
Do you know what cip changes in this ?, the fake skull can be obtained trough arena yet, but no with this particular method
