Great video. Do you mind me asking with the Loomis method why is the bottom of the cicle sometimes under the nose and sometimes under the lips? Big thanks
First thank you 🙏 In the Loomis method, the bottom of the circle represents the lower boundary of the cranium, not the entire face. Its position relative to features like the nose or lips depends on the tilt and angle of the head and the final placement of facial features is adjusted according to the perspective and pose.
@ ahhhh I see. thankyou so much for the reply .I’m gonna start back into drawing in the new year , (after a break of 40 years 😂) so I’m looking forward to all your tutorials have a great Xmas and a happy new year ❤️
That’s wonderful to hear! 🙏Thank you for sharing. Starting drawing again after 40 years sounds like an exciting journey-wishing you all the best as you dive back into it. Have a fantastic Christmas and a very happy New Year!”

What kind of paper do you use?
I would use Brusto 160 GSM medium surface paper
