I could be wrong Jack but I think your pit stop time is as low as it can be. You chose to focus on the time and it only improved by 0.01. 1.922 is the lowest I can get mine to, maybe due to sporting director I’m not sure. If so might as well focus on errors from now on
Sporting directors stat aptitude controls the potential for the pit crews so the higher the stat lower chance of errors and faster the pit stop with be
Ocon and Perez were teammates back at Force India, so it's not a werid pairing as you described. They did crash into eachother a lot, sure. And seeing LeClerc and Max in a team together is not cursed at all! That's the kind of thing we want to see, top drivers in top teams.

Piastri is just too low in the pace abilities to consider. Lando is your man, third best driver ingame after Max and Charles. Good cornering and braking, which will also develop, and best tyre management of all, if i remember correct
If you do not sign Piastri now, he will not develop at all over the season and end up dogshite by the time you get him. Best to give Alex the boot. He is too crashy anyway.
