Hey bro awesome video🤘🏼I have a suggestion. You guys should line the bottom of your cages with vinyl flooring. It will protect your wood and make it easier to clean. If you put it up the sides 2-3 inches it’ll stop stuff from getting into cracks and crevices 🤙🏼
There’s coyotes are but we don’t really have a problem with them coming close because of our dogs it’s maybe like possums and raccoons that sneak around.

Usually we wet the pellets they soften up
im new to quail keeping but i started useing grass clippings and corn stalk leaves in my setup

Pellets are good to dry up wet ground if it stays dry I like pine shavings.👍
Too much dust for my liking though. And I don’t really like how it looks before the pellets bust either.

I been doing pellets for few yrs. Started using it in brooders. It's very fine as far as dust 😢 1 thin layer of pellets go long way.
Yeah I noticed this evening the floors are a lot cleaner too.
