there are multiple hdmi ports / display ports on the back of a pc. You just plug the monitors into the pc. Then both monitors work on the pc as 1 big monitor, but you can separate the apps

It’s a scene preset that I downloaded online. You can just search up pac-man stream deck scene and it will pop up
