I noticed on the portion where you cut the square out of the aluminum card, you had some issues printing pictures on it. I'm having those same issues and can't seem to figure it out. Any tips?
It depends on your metrial; we use a speed of 2000, an interval of 0.05, and 40% power for hammers and pliers. and the same speed and interval with 50-60% power for our D80 rotray. If you are not sure about your material, I suggest starting with a low power, like 30%, for testing.
Why always 100% power.. Why Not 90% power go a little slower adjust frequency. Honestly used right this laser should/would never hit 100% power. If it has too, You need more wattage.

$2200 USD for what you show doesn't look too bad. I would have expected $3500+
This 20w MOPA laser with the rotary shown sells for $3,400. With the other accessories shown you would be paying over $3,500.
Will the 30 watt do detailed engraving on a metal disk the size of a size of a US nickel? Thanks.
Thank you for this video! Where I can find those test files like on 4:36?
