Interesting resort but mitigation of low season atleast the hotel should provide venues for events, functions to attract walk ins guest who'll definitely buy food drinks, swimming and other activities, special price during events should be put on during low season
That's a brilliant idea.
They should borrow some of the suggestions and see if it work. Coz it works for other hotels like 7 Islands Watamu

I’ll be honest, the outdoor spaces and location look beautiful but the rooms are not that good. For $220, I’d expect more. The good thing is there’s so many different places to stay in Kenya depending on budget, taste etc 👍🏽
