Hello, thank you for creating the video. It is very well done and professional. Do you have any resources to support MET as evidence based? I’m in constant debate and would love to find a resource that supports my bias ( at least I’m honest lol) that MeT is a useful tool
In 4:46 introduce the way to fix the Ribs 2, may i know the reason why to flex with side bent her neck, it's the purpose to take up the posterior scalane slack? Coz there's seem didn't doing anything to contract those muscle.
