I am a survivor of psychosomatic anxiety. This afternoon I heard sad news and now I am very scared. Suddenly my heart beats a little faster and when I cry, it can make me calm down a little. hope that it will be better soon.
I find it so irritating when videos advertise as being "without ads" when they aren't. I use sounds and frequencies to help soothe and keep my baby to sleep. Having a loud and random ad blast at you in the middle of the night is not ideal. If there's ads just say that. I had three in the course of your 12 hour video.
