- I finally went to the JYP cafeteria that I've only heard about!!!!
With how much they emphasized being eco-friendly and organic, it was really an unforgettable mealㅠㅠ I heard the reason Park Jin Young sunbaenim started using organic foods for the cafeteria was because of young trainees. He said it always broke his heart seeing them eating poorly...ㅠ how warm
The actual reason why I went to the JYP cafeteria was because we got the honor to do a collab stage together. In order to practice, we went to the company, and even went to the cafeteria like this.....;;
Thank you so much to Park Jin Young sunbaenim for allowing this without hesitation, and the cafeteria chefs who were really mindful on the day I shot thisㅠㅠ Also, all the JYP company staff, thank you all!

You can’t deny. Everyone loves this JYP. He’s smart, he’s wise, he’s a teacher, he’s a good CEO, stays close to his artist, actually cares for them.
Actually, i've seen a show where JYP said to a person underage who wanted to be a trainee that she needs to lose weight so that her movements in dancing would be better. She was already thin enough, trust me. He recommanded her to eat just one meal a day. +this girl was 16, so it means she doesn't finish her puberty at all. It's like saying to her "You will never be able to be a dancer (in Korea) to admire if you don't maintain a certain weight (who is not according to a healthy BMI)". To eat one meal a day is very dangerous. And it's encouraging eating disorders at a young age...(don't reply to me that's her choice, because it's not a choice to eat one meal a day, but a harm). A study proved that eating disorders happen usually between the age of 13 to 18. She is in a vulnerable age.
Okay, i know he isn't the only one acting like this in the k-pop industry, and there's much worse, but i can't say he is that good and needs to be respected.

왜 그렇게 인성을 강조했는 지 요즘 너무 이해가 되더라고요.
그덕에 본인도 사람됐죠.
이전에는 그렇게 인성 얘기를 하던 사람이 아녔죠.
90년대 연제협 사태 때도 공분을 일으켰던 주역 중 하나였고, 10년도 즈음까지만 해도 언플 진짜 악랄했었고요.
요즘은 모르시는 분들 많은데, 이 사람 기획자로서의 이미지가 이수만과 동급으로 나빴었어요.

@@marga9003 I watched his episode of Master In The House, he said he didn't want that position so he could actually BE more approachable. That title made his artists put up a wall between them, and as producer/songwriter it's hard to create and make songs that feel right if they don't allow themselves to be open with him. I don't always like what he has to say or how he does things, but I gotta respect the man for caring to connect with his artists on a human level. Even with those who left for what seems to be creative differences, you can still sense a great bond between them that goes beyond the fact that he gave them a shot in this industry.
He even is good at getting himself insulted by his own artists🤣🤣

The reason why he didn't want to become the CEO anymore because he doesn't really know how to manage a company well. That's why he make others took that position. He still have a say though on some things but his priority for now is main producer and artist in JYPE.

JYP is by far the chillest CEO of the big 3. The way he so comfortably danced with Hwasa proves that. Also you can tell he doesn't run a slave ship the way SM does. Mamamoo is definitely the most free girl group, but JYP seems like he doesn't make TWICE fake being something they are not either. So I have respect for him
