The reality is harsh. the people who are trolling these people with privilege backgrounds are the ones who never went to the theatres for the independent movies, the low budget films , the actors who were different and wanted to do movies which created some difference. Even saif ali khan as an actor, has gone through his ups and downs, not many people even went to watch his movie chef, or kalakandi, people did judge him from the posters or trailers. We as an audience needs to change the way we look towards the movies that’s been made out there. Just boycotting some actors or movies won’t change the mindset of the reality we live in.
Girls who are all teary eyed for of Sushant don't even talk to such guys in college calling them weird and nerdy and end up marrying a government clerk by paying dowry. Hypocrisy at its best .
Ms Chopra, you must get Mr Vishal Bharadwaj on board and his crew of actors for the Shakespearean adaptations. God, that floods me with Irfan Khan ... PS. I still think you must do this. I can't take my eyes off that scene when Irfan Khan and Tabu breaks down in the last scenes. They made such a brilliant pair that very moment. I can't take my eyes off that scene. And Saif was discovered by Bharadwaj in Othello/Omkara. Boy, it's an effort to write Maqbool and Omkara. I get it easy with Macbeth and Othello. A similar effort can be done with Bhandarkar and Dhulia too for their sequels with their set of actors ...

If it was anyone else without an average grosser for 5 years their career would be over or at least they would be out of the news cycle till they did good work. Yet Saif does at least 2-3 interviews every week even when he doesn't have a netflix release. Why so much airtime? Masand must have interviewed him like 10 times in the last few months. Saif totally milks this media-film family nexus. Omkara was good but it was 15 years ago! He is on tv and page 3 with his family all the time anyway. Its all just a PR game to drown out flops and competition.

Going back this character is in the league of Khilji of that time. The evolution of Saif is inspiring. Everytime I see all those books in his house I tell myself wish I too enjoyed reading 😁
All the amazing one liners that saif has said in interviews should be compiled by film companion. In this one it is " there is so much bad advice going around". Amazing interview. Literally did not want it to end. Even I am going to watch omkara.
Saif is so smart that he'll always take the attention away from hate-spewing idiotic fans that'll come with stupid hashtags that will further disrespect a deceased actor. I know it doesn't matter much, but it is thoroughly repellant to watch these openly unintelligible people spew hate on a toddler. I will also always watch that scene stealer. Always :)
Such a lovely interview. Well both father and daughter such well spoken people . We need such educated people in film industry 👍 whom we can listen and they make some sense.
Omkara wasnt a hit?! I remember i absolutely LOVED it. Through and through. For me , it was being cyrus and ek haseena thi, that were amazing and deserved to do better. The early to mid noughties were excellent ,but then rubbish like wanted started a trend of trash that never ended.
Girls who are all teary eyed for of Sushant don't even talk to such guys in college calling them weird and nerdy and end up marrying a government clerk by paying dowry. Hypocrisy at its best .
Saif Ali khan' s best performances that makes him Versatile : *Dil Chahta Hai* *Rehna hai tere Dil Mein* *Kal Ho Naa Ho* *Ek Hasina Thi* *Hum Tum* *Salaam Namaste* *Omkara* *Being Cyrus* *Ta ra rum pum* *Race* *Kurbaan* *Cocktail* *Race 2* *Phantom* *Kaalakaandi* *Baazaar* *Sacred Games 1&2* *Laal Kaptaan* *Tanhaji (best villain)* He experiments with his films : the list is not his entire filmography.. but i loved him in these roles. ❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥✌️✌️💯💯😄
Guys U stop watching them and they would stop promoting them . The problem is with the public and it's Hypocrisy . They themselves prefer watching Student of the Year over Sonchirayya and then complain about Nepotism. Yes it's prevalent and if you don't like it...don't watch their movies ...but don't spread hate...There is already enough of it . The sad reality .. The biggest takeaway from Sushant's death should have been the negative impact of bullying , hate and trolling and the need for Kindness and Positivity but some sick ppl used the poor man's death as an opportunity to diss on people they don't like personally and made the whole environment toxic . I mean it's absolutely ok to not watch the movies of Untalented Nepo kids...And that would the most effective step but commenting ridiculous and hateful things and wishing for their death and tuff is just ridiculous. DON'T WATCH THEIR MOVIES and u wouldn't have to see them again...but please stop this hatred and Cyber Bullying and blindly following the unproven Conspiracy theories and blind items guys.
How does our bullying, our hounding, harassing and tormenting of others be any different from what is believed to have been meted out to SSR? Raman ji, you must write a full article on this.
Thanks for saying this! I am not on social media ( apart from youtube if it's considered one ) but still if I open my phone all I can see is people hating on each other. We sre the ones who never made his deserving movies a blockbuster, he didn't have as many followers as the nepo kids have, is interviews didn't have views and a star kids interview would have millions of views and we are blaming nepotism and spreading hate? If we think they don't deserve a chance because they are mediocre then we should stop watching their movies. Instead the kind of negativity that's there is unbelievable. Just stop watching them and they won't be making more movies. Bullying is no solution!
Saif sir this movie is also there in OTT platform 'Zee5' and Jio Cinema...OMKARA Cult Classic Movie .. How the loud and powerful character Gabbar Singh got the cult status in a same way the silent and powerful character Langda Tyagi also got the cult status.. Hands down to the genius 'Vishal Bhardwaj'
17.55 it shows he's Saif Ali Khan's son seeing the command over English language... When Taimur corrected Anupama Chopra's vocab by saying..."I am not gorgeous"😉
Can we just clap for Konkuna Sen Sharma and how good she was in her character literally I don't remember what Kareena did in Omkara hence I wasn't really moved in last scene for her character.
Saif is one of the intellectual actors the industry has seen. He is cool and yet off beat performer who never shied away from experimenting with his roles and film choices
Anupama ur smile is full of positivity ....Love u...Lovely interview and the Cameo by Taimur was really heartwarming ❤❤❤ And indeed Omkara is a great film . A virtual hug to all the kind ppl out there 🤗🤗🤗

Why everyone in one room? Done very unprofessionally on his part . Taimur’s bit was too cute . It was enjoyable nonetheless and always a pleasure to hear him talk !!
When it is Saif Ali Khan, you expect intelligence, intellect, mistakes owned, real and Factful.what a gracious, charming man he is. I can hear him talk through out the day. Would love a podcast by him.. moreover, what are those reading glasses again., charmer
There is a book on the making of Omkara, from sort of start to finish, including script narrations, and Ajay Devgan's final consent, the first shot, and so on. It was written from an outsider's point of view, by a wonderful author Stephen Alter, actor Tom Alter's first cousin. It is called Confessions of a Love Thief, and is a nice breezy read.. Stephen and Vishal are good friends, with a Mussoorie connection. I was fortunate to listen to some really creative discussions between the two. Stephen lives and works out of Mussoorie, and so does Vishal sometime.
Saif is the most amazing actor we have today I met him in Vancouver and he was so humble and genuine . He has done great movie ek haseena thi, omkara, dil chahata hai, hum tum, bazaar, parineeta, race , spy movies ,kurbaan , sacred games list goes on .
He's not a nepotism kid who has had huge success he has faced the real truth that if you aren't talented your films won't work, but now he has come of age with movies like, being Cyrus, parineeta, omkara, kalakaandi, laal kaptaan, tanhaji,go Goa gone(a different and new concept Hindi film) bazaar, all these movies except tanhaji didn't work but we as a audience also didn't give these films a chance to flourish because these were good movies which we always want so I think but still race 3 does 250cr business and is declared a flop but these films where a nepo kid has worked hard and we have also ignored his talent so we should atleast just appreciate Saif Ali khan for coming so far with his acting.
Oh god! Why would you use that child's face as a thumbnail?! This is what everyone's been getting annoyed and irritated with and why people are spewing hatred against nepotism. What has that child achieved to have so many people monitoring what he is doing and not doing other than being Saif and Kareena's son?!
@@malvikapemmaiah9132 I know that, I've seen it. But it'd have been interesting to hear Kareena's perspective on Saif's casting as Ishwar Tyagi and his eventual portrayal. As an add-on.

But given a choice the haters would switch places with him in the blink of an eye! Ok now try not to write hate comments and instead think abt how u can make ur life better!
I am so disappointed that no one timestamped where Taimur is
Its 17.12😊
,😂
Have u done it
hahahaha you do it then!
This was the golden period of Saif...he really needs to find his mojo back
Going back this character is in the league of Khilji of that time. The evolution of Saif is inspiring. Everytime I see all those books in his house I tell myself wish I too enjoyed reading 😁
Pradeep Shetty so true!! IMO this guy is so underrated
What's more interesting than a cussing Saif is Anupama Chopra cussing 4:44
Taimur stole the show😍 also i am gonna watch this movie 💯
Awesome interview. I learnt something new today - even Saif has to pay money to watch/rent his own movies.
Can watch this man speaking for hours
All the amazing one liners that saif has said in interviews should be compiled by film companion. In this one it is " there is so much bad advice going around". Amazing interview. Literally did not want it to end. Even I am going to watch omkara.
Omkara is a Brilliantly written movie with a Brill performance from Saif,Ajay,Kareena.Langda Tyagi is one of the most dangerous characters ever.
Always :)
Saif Ali Khan did performance of his life in this Movie
Such a lovely interview. Well both father and daughter such well spoken people . We need such educated people in film industry 👍 whom we can listen and they make some sense.
Gold... Omkara is still one of the gem in Hindi cinema. I can watch this movie any number of time.... Loved the movie. But respected langra Tyagi.
One if my favorite movies - Omkara; and Saif was brilliant in the movie..
He’s one of the best actors! We really need a session on his library!
Girls who are all teary eyed for of Sushant don't even talk to such guys in college calling them weird and nerdy and end up marrying a government clerk by paying dowry. Hypocrisy at its best .
@@shrishri5587 Why? Why this reply??
If there's no mention of good old wine then it's not a saif ali khan interview
Saif Ali khan' s best performances that makes him Versatile :
*Dil Chahta Hai*
*Rehna hai tere Dil Mein*
*Kal Ho Naa Ho*
*Ek Hasina Thi*
*Hum Tum*
*Salaam Namaste*
*Omkara*
*Being Cyrus*
*Ta ra rum pum*
*Race*
*Kurbaan*
*Cocktail*
*Race 2*
*Phantom*
*Kaalakaandi*
*Baazaar*
*Sacred Games 1&2*
*Laal Kaptaan*
*Tanhaji (best villain)*
He experiments with his films : the list is not his entire filmography.. but i loved him in these roles. ❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥✌️✌️💯💯😄
Glad u mentioned Ek Hasina thi.. people don't even know about that movie.. the way he portrayed that character was just amazing
@@linkonpanda7292 yeah.. ek hasina thi is one of his best performances and quite an underrated movie 😄✌️
@@macksequeira4233 you didn't mention one of his best...PARINEETA🙄
Darna mana hai...one story with Boman Irani is also nice one
@@rushikeshnimbale2487 I didn't like him that much in Parineeta. That's why. Tnx for mentioning
Saif ali khan is a very genuine guy and he is a good actor too. I really like him
Saif with a shaved head is cute. I think he looked great and was brilliant as Langra Tyagi.
Who is here to only see taimur's apperance 😆
Me he’s too adorable 😍🥰
I can listen all day to Saif Ali Khan !! He is the most intellect person in Indian cinema !
Omkara is one of the best performance of saif 👌🏻
Thank you Anupama!!
I'm waiting for this interview with Saif on Omkara for a quite some time!!
KonKona Sen Sharma in Omkara ♥️⭐
Preach 👏👏👏
This is what i have been trying to tell every indian on the internet after SSRs death
Saif pls do more and more films❤❤❤❤❤❤
The introvert Saif speaks up with much clarity of his work. Nice listening to him and Anupama knows to bring the best out of an artist
Taimur crashing the interview reminds me of the BBC Interview ...So cute ❤❤❤
*Their IDEA was the same, but not nicely Executed!* 😂
--- Young TH-camr
The BBC one was unexpected, this one is obviously "staged" !
Super interview, super like
Suave, sophisticated, educated, intelligent and a good actor.
Deadly combination of all things great.
Khan Sahab ❤️❤️
Should have included Kareena Kapoor also since she was also part of this wonderful movie.
17:39 You are welcome!
17.55 it shows he's Saif Ali Khan's son seeing the command over English language...
When Taimur corrected Anupama Chopra's vocab by saying..."I am not gorgeous"😉
This was such a delight to watch- thank you Anupama!
Can we just clap for Konkuna Sen Sharma and how good she was in her character literally I don't remember what Kareena did in Omkara hence I wasn't really moved in last scene for her character.
Seriously ..."Taimur" as thumbnail ...what happened to you guys .... 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
@UnSq i dont think its jealousy. More like the channel seemed to have more integrity than selling out to cheap tactics for views.
@UnSq jealousy 😂😂😂
@UnSq jealousy 😂😂😂
Look the media runs behind their children not their fault they're famous so please keep the hate to yourself
And still, you clicked on the thumbnail. Why?
Saif was brilliant in omkara, dil chata há ,hum tum such versatile as actor.
Saif is one of the intellectual actors the industry has seen. He is cool and yet off beat performer who never shied away from experimenting with his roles and film choices
I am feeling happy when I watch Saif Ali Khan he is my favourite forever Love him so much and he speaks very well 🤗❤️❤️❤️
Anupama ur smile is full of positivity ....Love u...Lovely interview and the Cameo by Taimur was really heartwarming ❤❤❤ And indeed Omkara is a great film .
A virtual hug to all the kind ppl out there 🤗🤗🤗
I watched this movie when i was 15-16 year old boy. I too felt Saif as Langda Tyagi was show stealer bt having watched Omakara several times after that I think Ajay Devgn performance was equally good in this movie. Dnt know why Ajay Devgn didn get appreciation maybe coz everyone knew Ajay was a good actor but they realized Saif can be that good from Omkara. Ajay Devgn and Kareena at the end and ajay killing kareena was the show stealer of that movie. That scene was too sad and realistic and horror. That scene was bollywood at its best.
Why everyone in one room? Done very unprofessionally on his part . Taimur’s bit was too cute . It was enjoyable nonetheless and always a pleasure to hear him talk !!
Saif looks very handsome with beard. He should have it for it makes him more attractive and appealing and even more mature
omkara is a masterpiece.
When it is Saif Ali Khan, you expect intelligence, intellect, mistakes owned, real and Factful.what a gracious, charming man he is. I can hear him talk through out the day. Would love a podcast by him.. moreover, what are those reading glasses again., charmer

Oh this cuteness was heartwarming ❤❤❤
There is a book on the making of Omkara, from sort of start to finish, including script narrations, and Ajay Devgan's final consent, the first shot, and so on. It was written from an outsider's point of view, by a wonderful author Stephen Alter, actor Tom Alter's first cousin. It is called Confessions of a Love Thief, and is a nice breezy read.. Stephen and Vishal are good friends, with a Mussoorie connection. I was fortunate to listen to some really creative discussions between the two. Stephen lives and works out of Mussoorie, and so does Vishal sometime.
It s only in India, where actors get praised for doing something as simple as going bald for a role.
was not even bald!! Good performance though
Because most fans are cheap frustrated IT services clerks in banglore
4:47 I never thought I'd hear Anupama cuss 😂
17:05 Taimur Invaded.
He is a really charming man not just in the manner he looks but his overall persona.. I understand what Kareena saw in him
Saif is the most amazing actor we have today I met him in Vancouver and he was so humble and genuine .
Saif is the best
I watched this video only for taimur’s appearance. dot.
Саиф - красивый актер! Особенно в молодости.
I like Anupama's almost-Spiderman-like outfit!
😂😂😂
Can't wait😍
Might as well have called Kareena for a snippet, she's right there with him. And she played Desdemona, for crying out loud.
It is Saif's milestone movie for Anupama and she has already done a count to 5 with Kareena
@@malvikapemmaiah9132 I know that, I've seen it. But it'd have been interesting to hear Kareena's perspective on Saif's casting as Ishwar Tyagi and his eventual portrayal. As an add-on.
