A Video on using the Setup and Output settings would be helpful. Like Best Practice for Exporting to keep things from getting cut off or looking better after export, etc.

Very helpful, thank you! One thing I'd love to see is the ability to show a simple line graph or bar graph as a hand drawn image.
This is such a wonderful tool .. i am blown away... This saves me so much time and efforts if i had to use different tools like PhotoShop or Powerpoint to create something similar. Recently i did a test by using Sketch Wow and another tool .. In Sketch Wow it took about 9 Minutes and on the other tool it took about 52 Minutes.. so i saved around 41 Minutes. I would average create around 30-40 such images .. and if you calculate around 35 images.. and multiply with an average of 40 Minutes.. saving.. this saves me easily around 2-3 days of work in a month. I would love to see more template ..

(Loving Pro!) How can I get a new background image into the sketch? I see about 10 choices for background in the menu. I'd like to add a custom image (our branding colors)
Hey Emily. We are thrilled to hear that you are loving Pro! :-) We don't support a custom background yet. This has been suggested before and it's on our list. In the meantime, you can drag-and-drop that image into SW and use the "layer" feature to move it to the background. Not ideal, but a workaround.
I just watched videos 1 & 2 and am excited to use the tool. Love how easy this looks and I love the graphics choices. Can I somehow export this to a powerpoint or keynote that is already created? There is no clear instruction about it in the demos. Thanks
You can copy any image in SketchWow (using right click or a keyboard shortcut) and then paste it into any other apps you use including PPT or Keynote. Hope this helps :-)

Yes, you can use your animations inside your PPT or Keynote slides. They will work perfectly. Ah sorry about that... we don't have an affiliate program at this time. We are definitely considering it though :-)

Thanks for the helpful introduction. One request for a future update: your keyboard shortcuts seem to be hardcoded to the positions of the American letters on the keyboard and not the letters itself. On a German keyboard Ctrl+Z becomes Ctrl+Y and vice versa. This is quite confusing ;) Could you change that somehow, please?

Can you create a slide show for the slides in SW? or what's the best way to present slides from the software?
Yes, you can create slides in SketchWow. We are planning to add improved presentation controls in the next update. Should be ready in a couple of weeks. This will be a free update. Hope you decide to give SW a try :-)

Yes you can!
Is it possible to also 1) draw free hand 2) record this and 3) export as mp4 or other video file?
SketchWow doesn't support screen recording at this time. But, you can export any of the animations (motion graphics) that you create in SketchWow
is there existing library for the icons like light bulb, factory icon and etc?
Yes. Several hundred icons are included in SW -- light bulb, factory and many more. We just added a "Search" feature to make it even easier to find the icons to you need in SketchWow. Hope you decide to give it a try!
Hi...How do I get the animation created in SketchWow in MS Power Point ?

I am Pro User, Frankly speaking it has been a great tool and I regularly make a few good slides for the training I impart, to the best of my knowledge with the tool. Of course, day by day I increase my skills and comfort zone with the tool as I keep going. A few quick Q I have. (1) We have a strict zoom levels - like 100% and then 75% - but not anything in between like a fine grained zoom in/out. Is there a way we can make this happen (2) How do I add the watermarking on the images I make - for all the obvious reasons? :)

Hi how do I use this for powerpoint presentations? Do I just copy paste the sketches or can it be integrated in the program itself?
Hi Ivan. You can export from SketchWow in jpg, png, transparent background png or animated gif and then import into PowerPoint. Hope you decide to give SketchWow a try :-)

How do you record this video to teach ? What video capturing tool you use to showcase and teach ? I have had challenge using OBS studio to record when in SW's PRESENT mode, kindly guide ?
We use ScreenFlow (Mac) for all our screen recording. There are other free options like Loom, Vimeo and other apps
So how to do a presentation using this?
If you watch starting at 10:17 min (click link), you can see how to add Pages (Slides). You can create multiple pages and then scroll through each page/slide during your presentation.
Has anyone used this app for creating storyboards or short comics?
Yes, you can use SketchWow to create storyboards and comics. If you scroll through our IG, you'll see many examples of the different types of visuals that you can make using SketchWow: instagram.com/sketch.wow
I am a therapist and I would like to know if genograms (family trees) can be made with this app?
Yes. You can make family tree diagrams using SketchWow. Hope you decide to give it a try :-)

All updates are included for free. No extra cost. Also, you can use all the icons, templates and fonts you see in SketchWow. We don't force you to pay for certain images or templates. If you see it, you can use it. Hope you decide to give SW a try :-)
How to import an image from desktop?
You can simply drag and drop an image from File Explorer (PC) or Finder (Mac) right into SketchWow. Also... in the upcoming software update, we have also added an "Image import" button and you can Copy/Paste an image from any website too. You have 3 options :-)
