If everyone does there bit then Bangladesh will be clean. Plus rightly so the government is to blame as well. Not enough bins or working bins around, bin collection should be done regularly including cleaning to stop unnecessary germs, bacteria and foul smell etc. Invest on cleaning machines like other countries not like we don't have money but the government spend money on rubbish, in their pockets including local councillors etc also we have team that goes around shops for selling counterfeit or over pricing goods yet we can't go around telling shop keeping/owner, street vendors etc to dispose their rubbish properly of they face a fine etc alot the government can do so yes it is majority the governments fault! Just like me and other Bangladeshis would like to see improvements and cleanliness
