How breathtakingly stupid do you have to be not to have understood, at least a year ago, that Trump and his minions attempted a coup? The attempted coup started looking before the Jan 6th effort to topple Congress and overthrow the transfer of power, and it continued long afterwards - in fact it has still been ongoing in 2022.
This will continue to happen in the U.S. and long as they refuse to hold the rich and powerful accountable for their actions!

Those paying attention saw it coming on way long ago - BUT there is nothing in our government that would have allowed action to stop it.
I remember in August of 2020 telling someone that Donald Trump will lose, but he will not accept it. And the other person said something to the effect of "So what does that matter? If he loses, then he loses". I told them that I didn't know what could come of that, but it won't be good whatever it is. Those people who follow his cult will go with whatever he says and they don't have enough sense to know what is right and wrong. So something bad will happen, but I don't know what.

Truth is that they are taking over the churches to teach dangerous right wing extremism, at least where I am from. I stopped going to our church because of it. Imagine a pastor getting up and preaching to the church about kitty litter boxes in schools. Yes, it happened at this and I am sure many other churches. Something that is not just a proven to be flat-out lie, but is utterly insane. When I was still going to this church, several pastors of other churches met there for a charity fundraiser. During this fundraiser, to each other they passed out folders. I was curious what was in the folders, so when I had a chance I peeked over the should of one of them to get a look at it. It was pages of right wing propaganda and scriptures that could be construed into supporting it. The maga republicans are a disease spreading in our churches, our schools, our governmental offices, and so much more. It is frightening and plain old insane.

What chilled me the most about the Meadows/Thomas texts was the reference of King of Kings referral to trump made by Meadows. That was given to Christ upon his resurrection. Used to describe donald j. trump, whoa!

J6 committee asked him about the book and he lied about but promised he would not release it until the recommendations were done! Sadly he has soiled his reputation by first saying e wrote the book to help the Ukrainians, it's not and going back on his promises to wait! Sounds like Meadows and every other GOP grifting off a book sale. Possibly in his case, providing a heads up to many top trumpist's!
