At the GM level, unless the defending side with the rook plays as good as stockfish there is very little resistance and its resignable at the top level.

White had too many pawns. Especially those two connected ones were difficult to stop. Ofcourse theoretically or engine-wise it was still a draw, but practically not an easy position to play for black.
