Omg! Barabar those dolls are looking too too too cute and I really love your vlogs so so much you are my inspiration and I wish you have a fabulous weekend💫🤗💟
There are 3 major releases of the OG Dolls. There are the OG releases from May 2001, of course. They were also re- released in a 4 pack in 2005. And we all know abut the 2021 re-release. The only way to tell the difference between the first 2 sets is if you have the shoes or perhaps the packaging. A major tell with early bratz dolls is the lack of peg holes in the bottom of their shoes. Some Bratz playsets featured pegs that the dolls could use to stand, or to use with a specific play feature. The OG 2001 release does not have these, but the 2005 re-release does. The packaging differences between the 2001 and 2005 releases is also slightly different. The 2005 releases featured holographic packaging, whereas the 2001 releases did not. Now, it's a lot easier to tell the difference between the 2021 versions and the ones from the 2000s, imo. The first is the hair. Both releases from 2001 and 2005 have Saran hair, whereas the 2021 versions have nylon. Saran hair is a thinner fiber, but can feel weighty. It can also have a waxy texture. It is sometimes difficult to curl and achieve volume with this hair fiber. Nylon is generally a thicker fiber, but it can feel bouncy, or even airy. It takes to curls very well and it's easier to achieve voluminous hairstyles. Also, Nylon generally has better heat resistance than Saran. It is also very easy to dye nylon hair, but pretty much impossible with saran. The other tell with identifying a 2021 doll from an OG is the body. The torso on the OG bratz body has a glossy finish. The 2021 versions feature a torso that is much more matte. The final tell is the screening, or face paint. The face paint is markedly different. On the og dolls, I believe the faces were applied with the spray method. With this method, the face paint may not be extremely crisp, but its easier to achieve color blends, especially with the makeup. I believe the 2021 releases use primarily a stamped method. This results in much cleaner and defined lines, but subtle color blends are lost, so eyeshadow colors in the dolls' makeup can look extremely harsh. If you have a very observant eye, you can also notice other differences such as the shapes of the brows, eyes, and lips. I think this is easiest to see in the Rock Angelz repros. Anyway, I could go on and on, but I think i've said enough. I hope this helps in telling the difference between the releases. Lovely haul, by the way! Thank you for sharing!
Oh that was really passionate comment!😄 I believe they are 2001 release as shoes I matched with them didn’t have holes in the bottom 🤔 Thank you so much and I’m so glad you enjoyed the video 🫶

I have been loving your bratz doll videos, i was wondering where you've been finding these doll lots!! 😁
Hey Maddie! Just on eBay or Facebook marketplace is a good one for stuff like that!🫶
I think you can tell by their hair. The 20th anniversary use Nylon instead of Saran hair
Don’t think neither of these were 20th anniversary releases 🙂
I missed you ❤❤😮
