The reason why I think this WC victory feels so special and close to the heart for any cricket enthusiast around the world is bcoz after the last WC loss in 2023,19 Nov... People were so heartbroken that this time the expectations were 0 but support 100% for our team. But as always the more we saw the tournament the more we got attached to it... Been unbeaten again this time shows how strong we are as a unit. In the finals last time, after a moment we almost gave up, there were so many mistakes from our side too when we were defending the total ( forget abt the behavior of the pitch) which costed us the WC, but this time even after been pushed on the Backfoot after the Axar's over, people thought its gone again and most of the people threw their phone's away, switched off their TV... But this time, our Men in Blue didn't do the same mistake. They made sure they'll fight to the very end, to the last ball... But won't give up this time... That's the difference for our win.... That's why we can see the videos coming now watching all the people as well as the Ex- cricketers crying their heart out... Damn, I can't even express what i am feeling rn, its its just special. I was waiting so badly for your analysis deepak sir for semis and finals to be precise.. i have really loved the entire 3 months of your podcasts during IPL and T20 WC, your views have given me deep knowledge regarding understand of the game and lately a lot of my opinions seem to be similiar to yours sir. The only complaint would be you could have live streamed during Indian matches, would be waiting for your further podcasts and analysis in future 😊
Deepak sir don't u think miller could have denied the single on 17th over's last ball of bumrah and keep strike from 1st ball of Arshdeep's over and try to attack from the very first ball and the equation was more in his favour as Arshdeep is left handed bowler,and Miller got strike on the 4th ball of Arshdeep,at that time equation become more tough,and previously miller did this tactic brilliantly against Netherlands when he didn't take single on last ball of the 17th over,and finished the match in the 18th over only by scoring 18 runs and make sure that the match didn't go in the last over

Sir i don't want to prove u wrong, neither i want to pin point that here u r wrong, but indian mngt also has been very bullish on rishabh nd never tried sanju although sanju threw away the chance he got in a practice game against bangladesh, but anyway i m happy that we won, i hope sanju get some chances in future, although i don't know why after having such a good repo with coach nd captain he never got chances in any big stage tournament nd series
Great show sir...but Rishabh pant is not a good t20 player. So many chances and very little contributions for Indian team. Please don't always defend him. If he's not fit physically or mentally then do a favour and give chances to other players. We don't have lack of talent in india. Nobody missed him in Odi wc either. He is not an x factor player, period.
