I ❤ Ron Hinkle glass. I have been to his gift shop. Behind the shop is where he makes his glass. It is a beautiful drive to where he is in WV. Kate, you should go there. I was a vendor with him when I had a boutique.
The 18th c. style figurine @ 1:44 is dainty, flowery and sweet. 😳*GASP!* The carved Bakelite bangle @ 2:54!!!!!! I love it, though I know it’s too big for me. The chunky Bakelite on your wrist is EPIC!!!!!!!!! I LOVE today’s bangle configuration!!!!!!! GIMMIE!!😬 What a pretty milky blue pitcher & bowl set, bottom shelf @ 4:22!!!!!! Pink Limoges trinket dish, left side @ 5:42, but I still prefer a large casket case!!!!!!!! 1920s powder box @ 7:08 is agreeable. I agree, the Bakelite necklace @ 7:12 is really interesting! 🤗The carriage doggies @ 7:18 greet us all!!!!! What can I say….more AWESOME bangles @ 7:32……I like the big chunky carved ones, the circles and dot ones!!!!!!! Hi Kate, I care about you! George told owner of cool bacolite necklace to wear clothing between it and her skin, due to the formaldehyde absorption.
I know, you love your bracelets but you might want to consider wearing ones that aren't bacolite. I know some of those cool bracelets are not bacolite ❤ which is a good thing ❤
I developed an allergy to formaldehyde from my exposure to it as an RN. I have developed severe skin issues as a result- need to be very careful !

Yes, the "largest" antique mall is in Verona, VA. But I would love to visit the Heart since it has so many vendors. Bucket list place for sure!❤

I dont care for Blanko. I can't imagine why it's so expensive, it's just glass. Alot of their designs are plain or common.
To each their own. I like Blenko - I wouldn't call the designs common, just that they have a style that's recognisable. I don't particularly like fancy shapes but don't find Blenko plain. But yes, it is expensive as many people like and collect it.

The owl candle holder at 17.36 is Czech pottery. Not sure which owl you are talking about.
No one was Czech and if I remember correct one was Spanish

It’s not inappropriate at all. You see, once upon a time, Kate was in an antique mall and saw someone knock that vase of a shelf. She ran at top speed, slid down the aisle and caught the vase in her lap saving it from destruction. Luckily, someone caught it on camera and we can now celebrate her amazing prowess and thank her for her heroic actions! 👏👏👏👏
