Don't pay attention to pre-season games, last year NYR went 1-5 in pre-season and went on to win the President Trophy (most points in the season).
Also Habs are stacked this year and pumped to be possible contenders if we play our cards right, and are not plagued with injuries.

I'm an habs fan and sorry but I don't think we will be in the playoffs THIS season. Soon ? Absolutely, but this year my hopes aren't that high.
