I check one compressor. i will change new oil in the full level of the sight glass. But working time oil not coming return properly. What is the reason. Pls reply
Oil pressure switch में जो heater होता है उसको neutral (220 या 115) और phase को T2 से connect करते है। और जो हमारा control wire होता है उसको L पे connect करते हैं और M से out कराते हैं। आपने सीधे सीधे उल्टा कर दिया है। Zamil की जगह यदि आप SKM का diagram देखेंगे तो एकदम स्पष्ट हो जाएगा , साथ ही साथ oil pressure switch MP 54 या 55 के diagram को भी साथ में रख लीजिए। बाकी दोस्त बहुत ही अच्छा प्रयास है आपका जानकारी को साझा करने का।

Dear sir ofcourse there is too much difference between an oil pressure switch and oil heater (also called crank case heatre ). On your topic the picture shown by you is MP 54 (Danfoss). In this switch there is a small heatre which is operated by 220/110 and it's connection should be between T2 and O . Meanwhile control should be connected between L and M , because they are in series. And this control may be 24 volt . If control is 24 volt then how can you interchange your control wiring and 220 volt connection. I think now you understand what I want to explain.

Just make one jumper from T2 to M then it will be bypass but this is for short time after that you have replace defective parts
