The foot yank has definitely happened my whole leg bent and bounced up but I attributed it to a spasm because I was re-entering my body and intuitively felt it was going to happen and it took place while in a catatonic (sleep paralysis state). The paralysis stabilizes the body to maintain the current frequency for astral travel. So ultimately I feel many of the occurrences are do to the para-psychic Self as a sublimated soul and so some things are self enduced though not all. That being said yes their are many soul encounters and many times it can be a physical lucid experience though NO FEAR through Knowledge of Self is essential whether in the Astral or in the Conscious wake state.
