Idk if this video is post-patch but I think the new Blackfire Torch would have been a really strong first buy, it was intended to be an AP Jungler item since the burn AP boost procs on large and epic jungle monsters, meant to fill the role of an AP Sunfire

Surprisingly non-terrible. She can clear at least, just poorly. Like if all champs were put in a tier list of jungling, Anivia would be like D tier, she meets the basic requirement of being able to clear
Nightblue3 actually went out of his way to jungle as every champ, and rank them. It's a pretty entertaining series.
It should be better now (at least after first or second back) with the addition of the blackfire torch item since it does more to monsters
