I have been flying with air arabia for years now, never had i ever faced an issue with air arabia. Probably has to do something with the ground staff and again this being a budget airline you should had known before hand on seat reservation policies. As people pay for booking seats and won’t be happy in switching the seats
I dont think you really have seen the video because i have precisely pointed out about unprofessionalism of the ground staff mainly plus i did call the customer care and it was their job to inform me that i have to buy the seats which they did nt and yes i am not used to flying these so called low budget airlines like you.

As a parent u must pre assign your seat first this is not airline responsibility if the flight is full they will accomodate passengrs one by one as que so its your fault that u haven't assign seat
How do you pre assign the seat when airlines dont have a system in place ? And i was at the airport on time and airlines people kept sending me to different counter. I changed 4 counters before being told they cant do anything. And If you are from aviation which i dont think you are, it is airlines responsibility to make sure children below 5 sit with their parents thats why cabin crew was shocked.

I believe staff at IGI regardless of what airlines they are working have no sense and no proud on whatsoever they are doing. Common problem of attitude for no reason in them. See if you can avoid budget airlines with family. See in Tokyo soon.
