You need to be able to isolate that section so if there's valves already great. If not, you would need to install valves on each side and then a hose bib or some way to introduce air or hydrogen to the system and then you could trace the Leak or hire someone to find the leak that way

I have about 300 ft of 1 1/8" plastic line between the house and cistern. Any suggestions on how to find the leak???
