Honestly agree that mai is so overhyped, she can't sing that well. Plus for fuko, i find her acting awkward at sometimes, as for yui, she expresses herself so naturally. But yea we do know who are the producer's favourite. Like honestly, I praise Mai for her leadership in the rain on me performance but mai's part felt like just pure overacting. Plus, it just doesn't sit write with me when somebody else wrote a whole song and deleted 2 bars and inserted in 2 bars of Fuko lyrics and include her in the credit. just why?
Mai can sing, just not as well as the stronger vocalists on I-Land2 (Jiyoon, Jungeun, Fuko etc) with time Mai can approve her vocals but yes, even as a Mai supporter I do agree that people appreciate her visual more than her talent, TLDR; What she lacks in vocals, she makes for for in great dancing skills and stage prescence
