Very common in people who move away from where they have a noticable accent from.
I see it in my dad all the time, every time he goes back to his home town his normally washed out accent is back in full play.
An Australian racetrack that doesnt allow burnouts is probably the weirdest thing i've ever heard
No burnouts on that part of the track but other parts are probably ok
Usually, you have a burnout box or skid pad
Its normal. Its destroys the track. Burnout pads are concrete and can take the abuse. Tracks cannot.
Standing burnouts damage asphalt. Most tracks don't want the damage. That's why burnout pads are generally concrete.
burnouts could destroy an asphalt track, for sure.
You can take the Noriyaro out of Australia but you can't take the Australia out of Noriyaro
The only thing more Australian than doing burnouts in a V8 is almost getting thrown out of a track for doing burnouts in a V8.
Of course no rules about burnouts were explained during the long drivers meeting at the beginning.
A burnout? At a drifting event? In a V8 ute? In Australia? Unthinkable! The absolute audacity.
Damn Alexi's gotta be a real smooth talker to go from being banned of the track, to be allowed to stay again in a few sentences!
I mean he's one of the main guests, along with the fact that the rule was never discussed properly so it's a mix of both priority and just improper management. Can't just ban the guy who is supposed to be major part of the show for doing something usual without knowing the rules and not expect to piss a lot of people off

No burnouts at what's essentially a burnout even makes a lot of sense!? I bet the only reason they were so "understanding" is cause you are a famous TH-camr.
Burnouts put a lot of heat into a very small area, if the surface is asphalt (like it is there) you can quickly melt the track surface which tracks (obviously) don't like. This is why burnout pads are usually concrete.

@@wood_louse119 Even the B230 is easy to boost up to 300hp though. Lots of space under the hood so it's easy to work on too!
