Jaffa net was a Palestinian owned internet café and shisha bar but got closed down due to being fined after the smoking ban - it was a great place, and I knew the owners (there is still another open further up the road)...Mill Road has changed quite a bit in the last two years, more foreign restaurants and supermarkets have been built and it is definitely more lively...
