This was my question. Quarantine means no large gatherings. Riding your bikes in full gear isn't violating that order. "Go home because I'm tired of hearing you" is not a lawful order, and that stop was illegal. That means the only one breaking any law are those old boomer police officers.

Here's the thing. There's always going to be situations when this doesn't happen. More often than not. But the important thing to keep in mind is that if you keep a level head and try get on the cop's level, then things are more likely to work out than if you rage and try to beef it off with the cop.
