I’ve been a STR owner/operator for30 years. LTR owner/operator for 14 and I have been with Showplace for a number of years now. Real estate has been good to me. Thanks Justin for all the great products I get to share with my guests!

@@JesseVasquezAirVenture I’ll keep you posted on how it goes bro. Sorry for not coming to your event in SD but I close on my house this Wednesday and need to be around before that day. I’ll keep watching your videos and try to make the next one. 💪🏽

    Great ideas here. Thank you.
We stayed a weekend in our first MT after the renovation and setup. It was really fun and felt like a closure of the project. Also found little things that helped make it better.
Liked the example of well planned check-in/check-out too.

"I hate that word(avatar)." Thank you. Sounds like something the cool kids made up.
    Clientele. Demographic.

@monkmysterio Lol...that's what the airline pilots use when they talk to traffic controllers. I don't mind "doors" though.

I own a house outright in a city that I do live in anymore. Not doing a thing with but upkeep and paying the darn insurance. I should probably think about this idea.

So Jesse, I have 2 bed 1 bath in a hot part of Philadelphia. We also have a one bedroom studio apartment which everyone wants because the price is 1500 a month but the two bedroom though is slow. How do I split it up and rented out to two different people sharing the apartment on Furnished finder. How would I set that up for that to happen? That way I can each have them pay 1200 and I will make 2400 instead of the long-term which is 1800 a month. Thankyou Barbara

Yes you can totally rent separate rooms! Check furnished finder to see what current rates are in your market!

Love your content! Yes, please stop using the word avatar. You said you hate it? I think of blue people when you say it.😅

The word you’re looking for is “persona” not avatar 😊. An avatar is an anonymizer for a specific individual. A persona represents the goals and ideals of a wide group of people
