The Mastercard scholarship at McGill requires candidates to apply for the scholarship first before being invited to apply for admission.
However if you want to apply for admission first, check out the other universities that offer the Mastercard Foundation Scholarship (I have another video on that), or maybe other scholarships being offered by McGill.
