Benny's Car Wash: Siegen Lane Site

Benny's newest site is probably the single busiest car wash I have ever visited. It is optimized to handle extremely high volume in almost every way imaginable.
To improve processing, the site has 4 ICS AutoSentry pay stations. The conveyor is a full 185 feet long and uses Sonny's equipment. At its beginning is an extra long loading area, which allows for a smooth transition onto the conveyor for the customer. In fact, customers' cars barely stop moving due to use of an automatic roller up system and expert loading. Inside the wash bay are 2 sets of wraps, 2 SFM901 front to back mitters, 2 pairs of SF50 side washers, 2 pairs of SFB28 side washers, a pair of Ninja brushes with SFTBG18 side washers attached, a Pendulum Plus unit (with a air cylinder to achieve the tracking motion instead of a push bar for the tire), custom designed OMNI high pressure arch, and a SFM807 mitter. Drying is accomplished via 3 ProtoVest IP Stripper blowers, 2 sets of ProtoVest S130 blowers, and a Sonny's dual counterweight Buff N Dry top brush. Benny's exclusively uses QualChem chemicals in the wash tunnnel. The top wash includes Luminaura, and leaves a brilliant shine on the vehicle's surface.
This site is equipped with an interior cleaning belt to improve processing for full service customers, as well as numerous self-serve vacuum stations.
Overall, Benny's Siegen is one of the single best designed car washes I have ever visited.

Thank you finally you’re filming Benny’s!!!! That was a HUGE tunnel!!!! Two van side washers is rare! I’m sure the car was pretty dry too. Lol!!

Yeah Benny’s @ Siegen Ln is one of my all time favorites as well. Top 3 easily.
